**Role Description**:
This position will be based in Singapore and report to Sales & Merchandising Manager. He/she will work across Sales & Marketing department on day to day administrative and transactional support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking of Sales orders excel file and upload to Sage ERP software.
- Work with Merchandiser to ensure the price in Sage is updated
- Assist in customer onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that projects are completed on time
- Provide administrative support to the department and;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Specifications/Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills)**:

- ITE or Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
- Forward looking, organized and driven about his/her work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate independence and ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented.
