**Purpose**

This is a new role created to support projects in quality systems which require oversight of procedure writing and coaching to ensure the projects will meet the quality systems standards. The role can be deployed to different sitewide projects, including that from Quality 4.0 rollout by global function, such as implementing Document Simplification and Competency Based Learning methodologies.

This role is part of Quality Systems team to provide close monitoring and execution of project deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities Area**

**This role will**:

- Provide oversight to projects relating to quality systems
- Monitor the progress of project deliverables
- Execute required tasks for project
- Initiate, review and execute change controls associated with project implementation, where applicable
- Ensure documentation and systems are updated with required changes

This is a contact role, but it is convertible to a permanent role depending on your performance.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**

**Professional**:

- University degree in Sciences/Engineering

**Business and Technical**:

- Excellent knowledge of FDA / EU and international regulatory requirements, guidelines and inspections, cGMP.
- More than 7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical (biological production environment) and in managing quality/manufacturing organisations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in lean six sigma, project management and change management are desirable.
- Skilled with the ability to coach staff on all different levels of the organization.
- Strong quality mindset.
- Strong organisational skill.
- Expertise in project management, and change management.
- 3-5 years of project implementation experience; including planning and tracking of activities, milestones, commitments, actions.
- Coaching skills and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably experience in different areas of pharmaceutical industry.
