- Build and maintain the technology stack for Security Operations Centre. Design and create products and services based on the technology stack eg MDR, xDR, Managed SOC etc
- Lead and participate in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, xDR and Threat Intel platforms, including platform enhancement and optimization, managing the EPS or MPS or Traffic ingestion and hardware sizing
- Work on customer opportunities for the infrastructure (Network, IT, Cloud and OT) monitoring based on the MDR/xDR product offering
- Gather technical requirements from customers
- Provide expertise in onboarding customer
- Review SIEM alerts to detect security incidents and conduct investigations if required
- Research and analyse emerging threats, provide insights into potential vulnerabilities and update/ recommend security policies accordingly
- Log ingestion to SOC (SIEM, SOAR and xDR), parsing, creating and fine-tuning use cases and playbooks for automation
- Perform Tier 3 tasks which include tool upgrades, using case creation and fine-tuning, identifying the parsing issues, and working on tools relating to error notifications
- Plan and maintain the infrastructure to host the technology stack including but not limited to private and public cloud
- Lead and work with technology vendors and SI partners to manage technology stack and developing the products and services based on the technology stack
- Lead and participate in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining platforms such as SASE, including components such as SWB, CASB, FWaaS, DLP, ZTNA etc
- Develop, maintain and document SOPs for firewall rules management and security incident response
- Govern and manage various POCs, software development tracks, and initiatives under the Secure-X program
- Lead and onboard all tracks on marketplace vendors to create quotation, order and service deliver for the products
- Collaborate closely with partners' delivery organizations to ensure timely project delivery
- Create project charters and lead a delivery crew to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Define project scopes with partner teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Establish strong working relationships with internal StarHub teams and partner clients
- Oversee the delivery team's daily activities, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Ensure the team maintains a high level of proficiency and efficiency in their work
- Act as one of the key interfaces Secure-X team, addressing questions and issues
- Communicate delivery statuses to clients and create necessary delivery records
- Review client orders and organize and arrange delivery tasks

**Requirements**:

- Appropriate qualification in IT or a related discipline
- 6-10 years of professional experiences as an Engineer, Product Engineer, Solution Architect or Business Analyst within Cybersecurity industry, preferably in the telco domain
- Strong understanding, hands-on experiences in managing a variety of security tools (EDR, SOAR, SIEM, NGFW, App whitelisting, data leakage, malware prevention, SASE etc)
- Experiences in configuration of network security products such as NGFW Palo Alto/ Fortinet
- Experiences in software development and programming languages such as Java, Python etc
- Good to have certifications in PMP or Agile Project Management, CSPO
- Good to have certifications in Cybersecurity like CEH, CISSP, CISA or vendors’ certifications
- Good to have cloud certification with AWS and GCP
- Proficiency in Agile techniques
- Strong business acumen
