Singapore Duracell Full time

Overall: leads the ASIA Product Supply organization to deliver the segment Operating income, service delivery to the customers, operational cost savings and implement process optimization to improve the speed to market
- Business and Demand Planning : achieves business targets and operational objectives by conducting regular supply chain reviews with segment leaders, tracks progress and sufficiency versus fiscal KPI
- Initiative Planning : provides analysis and recommendations to strategic plans and initiatives (e.g. cost savings projects, product line simplifications, initiative readiness and scope management, sourcing optimization, product change rollouts); be responsible for the on time delivery of committed initiatives
- Supply Planning : supports the analysis and decision on implementing production capacity/ schedule, productivity and supply chain cost budgeting, quality and regulatory related product changes/ issues, and delivery of customer-service standards; leads resolution of related problems

Demand Planning : ensure that the team delivers an accurate and balanced forecast in collaboration with the distributor and the commercial teams; implement a monthly internal Sales and operational planning sufficiency meeting

Asia Supply Chain and System Support
- Growing Segment: Work closely with cross functional team in ASIA with key focus to achieve budget/forecast delivery, cost savings, value creation, supply chain optimization, make vs buy analysis and innovation in order to deliver revenue/operating across all segments and Asia.
- Sustainable Business: deliver long term cost competitiveness in alignment with the organizational goals.
- Lead Asia freight operations and work with Global team on contract renewal and rates.Lead and represent Asia for Global systems and process projects

Demand Planning
- Work closely with Segment teams on monthly commercial demand, forecasts and associated risks and opportunities as well as building blocks.
- Conduct monthly Asia S&OPs with segments and Sector lead teamWork with plants to optimize production vs commercial requirements vs working capital optimization

Supply Planning
- Prepares decision on sourcing optimization together with the segment leaders
- Work with planners, plants and the external vendors to ensure supply sufficiencyImprove the cash flow position by optimizing operations against working capital spend.

Initiative Planning
- Develop execution plans that covers Commercial, Technical & Go-To-Market readiness checks.
- Implement an ASIA initiative process which will be signed off by all segment leaders and DCLCollaborate with multi-functional team to improve innovation design, artwork processes

Purchasing
- Sustainable Business: deliver long term cost competitiveness in alignment with the organizational goals.
- Procurement operations: provide support to Asia’s purchasing operations.

Procurement Operational Excellence: Support the delivery of Procurement Governance and Execute Purchasing Stewardship to improve business efficiencies and deliver sustainable processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Planning fundamentals in demand, supply, project management, Purchasing and System Projects
- Strong analytical skills (able to handle complex data and manage complex schedule)
- Strong communication skill (verbally & written)
- Strong collaboration skills (ability to influence other functions)
