**The Role**

The Vice President of Revenue at Intellect is a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The VP of Revenue will be responsible for driving the company's revenue growth and overseeing all aspects of the sales and revenue operations, including sales, client success, sales enablement, channel sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, pricing, business intelligence & data analytics, and more. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader that will be at the helm of driving revenue growth for the fastest growing mental health company in Asia. After zero to one, to now drive Intellect’s growth from one to ten, on a mission to rebuild mental healthcare for everyone.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and revenue strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Analyse market trends and identify new revenue opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute on a sales plan
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting performance
- targets and providing support and guidance
- Ensure that the sales team is meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage the client success and sales enablement teams, including setting
- performance targets and providing support and guidance
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's GTM strategy,
- including channel sales
- Manage the business intelligence/data analysis team and ensure that the team is
- providing relevant and actionable insights to drive revenue growth
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's pricing strategy
- Work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that the sales and revenue operations are closely aligned with the broader business objectives of the company
- Manage the company's budget and P&L
- Oversee the development and implementation of revenue-related processes and systems
- Regularly report on the company's sales and revenue performance to the CEO and the board of directors

**Requirements**:

- Significant prior experience in a senior sales and revenue-focused role, preferably in the enterprise SaaS space
- Proven track record of driving growth and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience with P&L management and budgeting
- Experience managing and leading a high performing sales team
- A deep understanding of sales and revenue growth strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective plans
- Experience overseeing client success, sales enablement, and either managing or collaborating closely with business intelligence or data analytics teams
- Experience developing and implementing GTM strategies, including channel sales and working with channel partnerships teams
- Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies
- Strong leadership skills and strategic vision
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Experience in the mental health benefits market, or a related field, is a plus but not required
- Someone who is looking for a challenge in building a new healthcare system that will fundamentally change and improve mental healthcare for all of Asia Pacific
