**MAIN PURPOSE**
- The Product Manager is responsible of the definition and implementation of the local marketing plan within geographical area of responsibility
- The Product Manager will work with retail, wholesale, communication, visual merchandising, training, client and merchandising departments and HQ to ensure that sales targets are achieved according to plan
- Accessories Manager will handle all Accessories lines: leather goods, objects, and eyewear
- Overall, the Product Manager ensures that the product strategy supports the company’s overall strategy and goals

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Key responsibility 1 -** BUDGET, ACTION & STRATEGIC PLAN**
- Lead & execute across all functions in the implementation of Action Plan
- Elaborate budget to be in line with key projects & overall Company mission
- Drive sales through initiatives, incentives & CRM activations to achieve budget
- Participate in the definition of yearly Strategic Plan together with the Marketing Group Manager
- **Key responsibility 2 - PRODUCT SEGMENT ANALYSIS AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE**
- Provide comprehensive sales analysis for product segment base on network, collections and clientele
- Propose and implement short term and/or long-term action plan according to trend and objective
- Follow market trends, visit competition regularly, update market shares, gather client insights to identify key opportunities for growth
- Conduct price analysis on a regular basis and follow-up exchange rate and positioning
- Work on personal development to have continuous learning on product segment / Connect with experts in the industry
- **Key responsibility 3 - IN RANGE AND NOVELTIES MANAGEMENT**
- Ensure that product launch is successfully executed. Define a detailed product launch roadmap base on Maison’s strategy and to be shared with Group Marketing Manager on a timely basis (e.g.: Forecast / Consensus / Delivery of products / Allocation to different networks / Training / CRM initiative / ATL & BLT campaigns / Hot spot visibilities in boutiques).
- Define strategic launches in limited networks & routing of collection if needed
- Work with Communications team to ensure good coverage of novelties for pre -collection / prototype pieces
- Adapt HQ product news for local use and inform all departments on launch plan and routing schedules
- Share quarterly sales vs forecast report on tactical launches, and weekly or monthly report for strategic launches
- Gather and consolidate market feedback about new launches and report back to HQ when needed
- Follow ROI on communication plan, editorial, media, events and training
- Handle all NSO (Special orders) for the region (SEA & Oceania)
- Improvise interactive training tools for any key projects and novelty launches to stimulate interest among the office and boutique teams
- Work with respective merchandiser to ensure good stocks and representation of products in the boutiques & retailers.
- Implement systems and procedures for continuous improvement on current business
- **Key responsibility 4 - COLLABORATION WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS**
- Manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow contribution to overall objectives.
- Work with retail department to define key targets and KPIs for the boutiques
- Work with PCS / Ambassador communities for continuous interactions and updates
- Follow with respective teams on incentives, CRM and EDM plans
- Explore new opportunities to push out product line with e-com manager to ensure development of this distribution channel
- Work with communication team to define events objectives, yearly media plan, to ensure maximum exposure of new product launches and that stocks are in place with each campaign
- Work with L&D department or HQ counterparts to maintain a high standard of product and brand knowledge for all office & boutique staff
- Work with other product categories to maximize training sessions with boutique teams
- Work with Wholesale team on consolidation of forecasts and submission of forecasts to central team
- **Key responsibility 5 - CROSS-DISCIPLINARY PROJECT**
- Competition survey - Update competitor information in the marketing black book. Compile information and ensure timely submission of competition survey & HQ’s files.
