**Job Summary**
- The Group’s Fit For Growth (FFG) Programme commenced in Q1 2024, with the aim of simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes, to provide a platform for Business growth and to ‘make it easier to get things done’.- As part of the Programme, a central team, the FFG Progarmme Office, has been established to help structure, co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives that will be selected to deliver the efficiencies and growth opportunities. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the broader Programme.-
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy**
- Articulating the high-level FFG opportunity for the Bank, and the breaking-down that by Business and Function (i.e. Portfolio), in order to provide clarity and transparency on the objectives of the Programme.
- Understanding the overall FFG Programme structure, covering all Portfolios, whether Business, Functional or pan-Bank, their teams, programmes, and initiatives.
**Business**
- Understanding how the Businesses (and Functions) are structured via the Portfolios within the broader FFG Programme.
- Understanding the initiatives being undertaken within the wider FFG Programme and the data and dashboards being used to track progress.
- Understanding the systems being used (i.e. Clarity and SAGE) within the wider FFG Programme to capture the data used to track progress.
- Working closely with the Portfolio Leads, their delegates, teams and the FFG Programme Office to help produce materials and populate templates for submission to the various committees.

**Processes**
- Primary end-to-end responsibility for developing and managing against a plan for producing all governance artefacts within agreed timeframes.
- Primary end-to-end responsibility for producing all governance artefacts to a best practice standard, such as the Programme Management Plan document, Terms of Reference, Steering Committee Decks, Minutes, etc.

- Leading through example and helping to build an appropriate team culture and values.
- Setting an appropriate tone and expectations and working in collaboration with all stakeholders and partners.
**Risk Management**
- Understanding the main risks facing the Group and the potential impact that the Programme could have on the ability of the Bank to manage those risks.
- Identifying and communicating FFG Programme risks and issues for monitoring through-out the lifecycle of the Programme.
**Skills and Experience**
**Governance**
- Understanding the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
- Supporting the FFG Programme’s governance agenda, including leading on producing meeting materials such as meeting decks and minutes.
- Detailed understanding the Change Delivery Standards and Guidance, ensuring all forums are compliant with all change-related policies and standards.
- Assisting the Portfolio Lead, delegates, and their teams with broader Programme governance-related queries.
**Regulatory & Business Conduct**
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.

- 10+ years of experience in Programme Management
- Working knowledge of the Clarity investment planning solution.
