Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating with Engineering department and tracking preventive maintenance to completion before due date as set up in Enterprise Asset Management System (EMAS).

Responsible for communicating coordinating all maintenance schedule with Shift Team Supervisor for resources and support for equipment preparation, clearing and isolation of energy source for safe execution of maintenance work.

Responsible for handing over equipment through permit to work system by site walkdown, reviewing and issuing permit to work to Engineering department or contractor to perform their work safely.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend daily meeting with Engineering team to review instrument calibration list, preventive maintenance list and plan maintenance schedule for completion of these before due date.
- Liaise with Engineering Team to plan and schedule annual plant shutdown maintenance achieving based on safety, quality and business requirement.
- Liaise with Engineering Team and contractors for all the maintenance, housekeeping and pest control activities.
- Ensure that major maintenance activities are carried out during the change over down time.
- Ensure all OSP equipment is maintained in a fit for use state at all times.
- Perform weekly review of EMAS for outstanding maintenance work and prioritize maintenance work based on safety, quality and business requirement.

Implementation of Maintenance work
- Coordinate with shift team for resources to prepare equipment as per the maintenance schedule to be carried out as per plan.
- Review Risk Assessment for maintenance, construction work or ad-hoc maintenances.
- Perform safety assessment by walk down with engineering, contractors to ensure all risk are assessed and safe guard are in place, equipment status are safe state before releasing equipment for maintenance activities.
- Report near miss, incident and accident and investigate the root cause of incident and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare pest sighting report and coordinate any pest sighting investigation with Engineering and Pest Control contractor
- Review and revise relevant Standard Operating Procedure.
- Support process engineers in implementing minor plant changes such as adding and orifice, minor pipe modifications, adding sample valve etc.
- Maintain OSP in an audit ready state at all times through timely completion of preventive maintenance, pest control activity, routine housekeeping with support from engineering department.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering

Experience Required

Five to eight years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industries preferably with knowledge of maintenance activities.
