
Admin & Sales Support Executive

Job Description:
The Admin & Sales Support Executive is responsible for managing general administrative tasks, supporting sales and business development activities, and overseeing building and premises management. This role ensures smooth office operations, effective client coordination, and a well-maintained work environment.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, orders, and contract renewals.
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales reports to support business development activities.
- Oversee building and premises management, ensuring maintenance, repairs, security, and facility upkeep are handled efficiently.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance needs.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for sales and management teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support administration, sales, and facility management.
- Prepare purchase orders and raise invoices.
- Manage petty cash.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to facilitate the payment process.
- Any ad-hoc duties by the management.
Qualifying criteria:
1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field,
2. 2-5 years of work experience in administrative, sales support, and facility management roles.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
