We are looking for a passionate individual to join our R&D Platform Development team to develop future rechargeable solutions for our hearing aid devices.

**What you will do**:

- Design and implement platform solutions in charging technology, battery management, and power management tailored for hearing aid devices.
- Work closely with Mechanical, Acoustic, Wireless, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of platform solutions.
- Provide expert technical resolution, evaluate work packages, and manage project costs and timelines effectively.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering.
- Good analytical abilities and hands-on experience with Digital Oscilloscopes and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Experience with instrument automation using LABVIEW or TAP, firmware programming on ARM core processors, and simulation with LTSPICE, CST, or HFSS will be beneficial.
- Personal competencies_
- Inquisitive and independent individual with solid communication and organizational skills capable of working effectively across administrative boundaries.
