**The Job
Lead a fast-growing luxury events, floral design, retail business to grow and expand beyond Singapore.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- oversee strategic direction of the company
- oversee all business functions
- oversee board-level governance and policy compliance
- liase with other board members and shareholders
- oversee strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and geographic expansions in Asia, Europe, and the US
- Oversee investor relations, fundraising, and other capital raising initiatives
- Oversee the finance of the Company
- Manage the daily operations of the company's existing and future businesses
- oversee HR, Talent Acquisitions, Development, and Retention
- Set and enforce company policies

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Min of 20+ years of business, finance, senior management experience
- Min Bachelors Degree in Business or related fields from a global top-25 University
- Min 15+ years of experience in events, luxury retail
- Min 15+ years of experience in e-commerce
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, M&A, and partnerships
- Demonstrated experience in VC, PE, and fundraising
- Demonstrated track record in investing, leading, and successfully exiting investments
- Demonstrated track record in building successful business operations
- Demonstrated track record in growing businesses from start-up to maturity
