Woh Hup Digital and IT department is looking for a **Network Engineer **to be part of the infrastructure team in enabling connectivity in different construction project sites. Connectivity is part of today’s world where people communicate to work effectively. The Network Engineer will be one of the keys to providing connectivity to the organization's business and keeping the business afloat. To ensure success as a Network Engineer, you should demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and the capacity to receive and utilize constructive criticism.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with ISP and 3rd Party Vendor in bringing network and connectivity to business sites.
- Monitor and review network connectivity health ensuring it is optimal.
- Provides Project Timeline and related network tasks to business sites.
- Conduct proofs-of-concept (POCs) with new network solutions to evaluate their effectiveness and potential integration into the organization's connectivity
- Troubleshooting network-related problems that resulted in outages
- Ensure the up to date of network Equipment firmware or software
- Plan the network requirement for new business sites and work to implement
- Engage work with security vendor to ensure the setup of the surveillance equipment for business sites
- Providing interim network or wireless solutions from time to time for the business site
- Work and collaborate with the business site to ensure a smooth transition from location to location.

**Qualification and Education Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Networking, computer or networking engineering, or a related field with 1-3 years’ experience in Networking.
- Cisco Certified Network or related Network certification will be advantageous.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure Platform will be a plus.
- Experience hands-on configuring and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of networking (Routing, Switching, Rules, IPSec, SSL, Radius).
- Knowledge of Network Best Practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A knack for independence and group work with a scrupulous approach to duties.
- Capacity to successfully manage a pipeline of duties with mínimal supervision.
