Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols and practices in the workplace.Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for the team.Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, maintenance schedules, and repairs.Prepare reports and documentation for management or clients.Keep track of inventory, materials, and equipment. Communication: Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and stakeholders.Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to relevant parties.Address any concerns or issues raised by team members or clients. Budget Management: Monitor expenses and manage the budget for mechanical projects.Optimize resource utilization to control costs and maximize efficiency. Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Identify training needs and recommend skill development opportunities.
