**Responsibilities**:
- Strengthen existing Quality Management System.
- Deploy and sustain an effective internal Quality Audit system.
- Lead and drive Quality deployment such as PFMEA, mistake proofing, SQE, First Article Inspection, Statistical Process Control, Control Plans, etc. to build and promote a Zero Defects culture.
- Improve and sustain site Quality performance (escape, COPQ, Right First Time).
- Maintain strong communication with customers, internal management team, and suppliers/vendors to ensure quality level meets expectations.
- Monitor and analyze process/product outputs, identify systemic problem/opportunity areas, provide data and work with team members to drive process improvement to work toward zero-defect quality performance.
- Lead robust Root Cause Investigation and drive effective preventive action implementation.
- Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the Quality Management System are in place and implemented per requirement.
- Deploy and sustain an effective product and process audit program.
- Ensure timely close out of internal and external Quality audit findings.
- Manage the Quality performance of suppliers and User Accept Test requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
- CMMI/ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- 5 years of Quality experience in a NPI environment, preferably in the IT/ Hardware/ Transport engineering industry, with 3 years leading a Quality team.
- Proficient in Quality tools & techniques.
- Leadership effectiveness in a project implementation environment to drive Quality results.
- Possess systems thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate and engage a multicultural workforce at all levels.
- Years of experience in ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO27001 related quality system
