**Quality Manager**

**POSITION PROFILE**:
**We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to **fully responsible for the site IQC, QC, QA and QMS for precision engineering and sub-assembly and kitting assembly, which include organizes quality improvement activity and non-conformance control to stabilize the process and improve product quality.

Reports to: Operation Manager

**Job Description**:
1. Prepare business processes for quality management system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc) and surveillance audits, facilitate external audit, ensure audit finding closure.

2. Performing/supervising internal audits and ensuring that quality management system non-conformances / observations are properly investigated, corrections and/or corrective actions are performed by business processes and audit findings are closed.

3. Ensure quality business process specific standards, procedures, work instructions, template are adhered to and monitor compliance in internal, and external audit.

4. Monitor, compile, analyse and report quality KPI, like on-time delivery, satisfaction survey, post-delivery quality, etc. and present during management reviews.

5. Regularly update quality competency matrix, training plans, training records, risks, opportunities etc.

6. Monitor quality concerns highlighted by client & ensure that product non-conformances / issues are properly investigated, and corrective actions are proposed and/or implemented until satisfactory closure.

7. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members, providing guidance and feedback.

8. Liaise / collaborate with the production department to ensure that products are consistently manufactured according to quality standards and specification.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor or diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline. Other graduate with relevant core quality management experience can be considered.

2. Experienced as MR for ISO 9001:2015 and surveillance methods and reporting requirements. Certified ISO internal auditor will be an advantage.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality head in the precision engineering and/or manufacturing quality control field that come with GMP knowledge.

4. Well conversant with MS office and data analysis etc.

5. Logical thinking, analytical skill, a strong mindset for change and improvement and is meticulous.

6. Having a proactive attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail that come with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Setting and managing a group of people with varied experiences and competencies.
