**Corporate** Communications Specialist** (based in Singapore)**

ASM is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist, a vital role working within a creative and collaborative team. This person will report to the Manager of Corporate Communications in Asia and support communications strategy and execution across five regional sites, China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan.

In this diverse role, you will work closely with the international communications team, people team, sales team, and other organizational functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Asia corporate communications manager to drive cohesive message delivery across sites, including editorial calendar, executive communication, and corporate messaging material for different countries.
- Help to establish a clear and consistent internal/external communication strategy in Asia.
- Develop local brand assets, including articles, videos, and various types of content to amplify ASM’s voice in Asia and within the organization.
- Identify speaking opportunities, corporate awards, and local partnerships
- Support the local media and influencer relations and external communication material management.
- Act in a supportive role in Asia for local media outreach activities, events, interviews, and orchestrating earned, owned, and paid media strategies.
- Support regional communications projects while ensuring alignment and consistency, including trade show and branding initiatives.
- Team up with employer branding and people team to develop social media/digital content strategy for Asia.
- Create content for internal/external communications channels, including the website, social media, intranet, and other platforms.
- Support and work with both local and international agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in marketing, journalism, business or corporate communications related courses
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to adapt fast and to work independently within deadlines
- A strong communicator with an excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of media relations, social media, and experience in vendor management
- An eye for detail, design, and imagery
- Can switch between internal and external communication mindsets
- Ability and flexibility to work and collaborate globally in a multicultural environment
- Be able to work independently in Singapore but be able to connect as part of a global team
