PURPOSE
- Senior member of Group Compliance, leading and directing the development of compliance frameworks for the Insurance Compliance team. This includes managing and overseeing conduct risk (including distribution compliance), compliance monitoring and regulatory compliance and change management risk across the group.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for the Insurance Compliance Team
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Conduct Risk, including distribution compliance and fair treatment of customers, conflicts of interest.
- Management and oversight of regulatory/compliance obligations, ensuring controls and processes are in place to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance monitoring and testing program providing ongoing assessment of the effectiveness and maturity of compliance arrangements across FWD Group.

DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Champion implementation of the Conduct Risk Framework embedding key TCF principles in our culture, governance, operations and customer journey.
- Develop the Group Compliance Monitoring Framework, and lead implementation and ongoing program as part of Annual Compliance Planning.
- Oversee management of regulatory obligations ensuring key obligations are maintained and that change is effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain Group guidelines for Insurance Compliance, providing practical operational advice.
- Develop, monitor, and report on Key Compliance Risk Indicators (KCRIs) providing meaningful insights on amongst others, Conduct Risk.
- Provide advice, coach and support BU Compliance teams.
