**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for Workflows Design and System Solutions based on Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), especially for Projects Implementation, in compliance to Customer Policies and Guidelines
- Take ownership of the System Design Specifications (SDS) delivery to Customer, ensuring that it is delivered on schedule and meeting Customer’s Quality Standard, as well as clearing Toppan’s internal Review
- Provide Briefing, Presentations and Updates to Project Teams and Customers on the finalized Solution Architecture, to ensure the whole Project Team, including Customer understand the Solution Design
- Initiate sessions with Customers to clear any Solution Design issues and getting Customers’ approval and consensus for any Deviation from their Policies and Guidelines
- Conduct Update Sessions to internal stakeholders about any issues encountered with the Solution Architecture, impact to schedule and costs, to seek agreement on proposed resolutions to the issues during Project Implementation
- Follow-up with Project Implementation Team to ensure that the Systems are delivered according to Solutions designed
- Ensure that the final System Solution take into consideration optimal use of Technology, minimized Risks, stay within Scope and Budget, at the same time can be delivered on schedule to Customer meeting Toppan and Customer Quality standards
- Support Bids/Tender processes, in conceptualizing Solutions Design and writing of the Tender Proposals

**PRE-REQUISITES**
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Solution Architect or in similar capacity
- Conversant in conceptualizing Solutions Workflow from business and Functional Requirements Specifications
- Good knowledge and understanding in the following areas including:

- IP and Networking concepts
- Various popular OS and Virtualized Environments
- Common Databases
- Monitoring Applications covering Systems, Applictions and Networking
- Micro-Services, Containers and CICD
- IT Security, PKI and Certificates
- Data Storage Solutions and Technology
- Backup and Recovery processess
- Resourceful and Independent Worker
- Ability to work and interact well as a Team
- Possess excellent Communication Skills for collaborating with others, including supervisor, internal teams, customers and clients, ensuring the intended messages are put across clearly and concisely, while building a good rapport with your audience
- Have a highly Analytical Mindset and capability to resolve problems with innovative solutions
- Ability to lead Solution Design discussions and presentation internally and with customers
- Convincing in justification for Compliance Deviation and getting Waivers for such specific situations
- Familiar with Singapore Government Policies, Standards and Security processes
- Experience in working with international teams from multiple countries and possesses a good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking associates
- Good knowledge of Biometrics Devices will be a plus
