- Own the end-to-end transition of the Mainframe Cluster inclusive of planning, execution, developing quality plan, identifying and managing risks, issues / blockers, tracking tasks / deliverables, reporting and communication from inception to completion, including allocation of infrastructure resources, engagement with internal teams
- Establishing and agreeing scope & time (for the Mainframe Cluster) and managing change through the agreed governance forum
- Drive and facilitate cross functional team workshops to collate input for transition planning inclusive of upstream and downstream dependencies
- Leadership to develop a transition plan which meets the quality and timeline expectations of the overall program
- Producing a MPP inclusive of all dependencies (external & internal), milestones, detailed tasks for the Mainframe Cluster
- Managing cost to budget for the Mainframe Cluster
- Create and manage a prioritized resource plan ensuring transparency while optimizing the available resources
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders and ensure the frequency and caliber of communication
- Identify risks and issues that may impact timeline, deliverables and deliverable quality and develop, communicate, and implement migration plan(s) and corrective actions.
- Leadership for issue / incident resolution across all streams of the Mainframe Cluster
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with the standards and stored in SharePoint and Confluence / ADO (as per defined process)
- Ensure all Mainframe Cluster streams follow best practice PPM cadence and stakeholders’ meetings.
- Ensure all streams in Mainframe Cluster meet planned delivery milestones for prerequisite activities and transition activities
- Reporting to management meets communicated timelines
- Support Program Director and to complete requests to an acceptable qualitive standard as from time to time requested.

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years’ experience in overall program management, agile / project management
- 15+ years’ experience within Mainframe technologies inclusive of actual Mainframe migrations
- 15+ years’ experience working with AS400 and Network infrastructure
- Team leadership experience managing team members from multiple domains, agile leadership
- Proficient with PPM, and be able to use agile collaboration tools such as ADO & Confluence
- Must have worked / collaborated with infrastructure teams
- High level of problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis

**Job Type**: Contract
