
Client Success Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate/someone with some industry experience in an analyst role to join a fast-growing FinTech. The primary objective is to support the service desk and product engineering teams with key analytics tasks in order to help us ensure that our clients get the best experience from our products. You will have exposure to a variety of career progression opportunities within an ambitious firm, with more obvious paths in an analytics or engineering capacity.
The role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work very closely with both the internal engineering teams as well as client users of our product suite, so it is important you are happy to work in a fast-paced role with a range of stakeholders. There will be full training given on the deeper analytics behind our products, but we also have personal training budgets for additional external training resource. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the senior colleagues around you.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop a deep understanding of TH products and our client’s usage of these
- Use your analytical abilities to solving business problems for clients to help ensure client success
- Working with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems
- Learn (proactively and through internal/external training) about finance generally, and financial products so as to best understand the context our products sit in
- Embrace the wide scope of role and difficult problems to solve and put your stamp on ensuring best practice processes are created/championed

- STEM Graduate
- Tenaciously curious with a keen interest in solving challenging problems
- Looking for a first step into the analytics field
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise clear judgement
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Great attention to detail
