**Job Descriptions**
- Perform coordination and monitoring of the timeline of internal/external parties
- Provide secretarial support in terms of organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, presentation materials, etc.
- Manage office administration duties such as office equipment maintenance, incoming & outgoing mail, and despatch services
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support
- Good written and verbal communication skills
