Job Description
- Our Client is a well-established furniture manufacturer.
- Working location: East - Changi
- Working days and hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6 pm.
- Permanent Job Role.
- Must at least possess one year of experience in the Digital Marketing Industry.

**Responsibilities**:
E-Commerce

Manage e-commerce marketplaces in accordance with brand guidelines.
Prepare and upload product listings as well as content for e-marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Tik Tok, Amazon and Carousell.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Maintain up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory.
Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis.
Monitor and analyze e-Commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, and ROI.
Identify market trends, consumer behavior and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and optimize customer user experience.
Collaborate with cross departments to deliver a smooth e-commerce experience and customer satisfaction.

Social Media

Support and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement.
Create content for social media in line with brand guidelines.
Manage the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
Handle comments, inquiries, and feedback on social media platforms promptly and in a professional manner.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify social media trends, topics, hashtags, and new functions to improve and grow our brands' social media presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives to ensure an integrated approach.

Others

Provide support for ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Possess an understanding of online marketplaces and handling of Social Media platforms (such as Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and etc)
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign will be a plus.
