**Marketing & Communications Lead
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented marketing & communications lead to work on our sustainability content & communications. In this position, you will be in charge of the marketing & communications outcomes that meant are for national level engagements, that builds sustainability messaging and engages with public, audiences effectively. The position focuses on developing marketing & communication strategies with our governmental and regional partners. To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new & emerging trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create informative and interesting content
- Develop and implement effective marketing & communication strategies that build sustainability awareness, events & programmes awareness.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
- Work with different aligning departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, services, events, and promotions.
- Lead the marketing & communications effort of the organisation.
- Overseeing branding, marketing and promotional campaigns, which includes social media, website and print outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Specialised qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
- Knowledge with sustainablity is a plus, experience in creating targeted content is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
