**Job Overview**

Lendela is Singapore’s most loved loan matching platform, partnering with the best in class for personal loan providers, and trusted by over 200,000 loan seekers in Singapore (with over 1000 5-star reviews). We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive rapid growth and success as we scale our expanding business.

This is a critical role with direct responsibilities and ownership to craft and execute day-to-day performance marketing operations and drive longer term acquisition strategies in Singapore. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the marketing team locally and regionally, as well as the operations, data science and product development teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Own monthly, weekly and daily targets for paid acquisition with a relentless focus on delivery
- Develop and run a comprehensive full-funnel performance marketing strategy with an innovation and experimental mindset
- Drive channel growth across all paid digital channels to achieve key metrics
- Know your numbers by maintaining robust tracking and attribution, driving deeper analysis where required
- Efficiently manage marketing budget to maximise outcomes on CPA and ROI

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within a related field of Marketing, Math, Engineering or Business
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in driving daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition through a broad mix of online channels for at least 3 years
- Showcase an ability to effectively generate leads and manage budgets efficiently
- Well versed with digital ad platforms and tools, working hands-on across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Platforms, Affiliate Networks and other emerging platforms
- Experience working in B2C businesses with strong online presence (experience in a startup / fintech environment is a huge plus)
- A strong bias towards data, and excellent analytical abilities to make data-informed decisions
- A combination strong executional power and a can-do mentality to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of high achieving individuals
