Job Description & Requirements

As a Sports Executive, you will maintain and foster existing relationships with other organizations, organise workshops/training/competition, support coaching and growth of the sports programmes under your purview.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Executive Director & Sports Manager in the planning & implementation of sports training programmes and competitions for persons with intellectual disabilities
- Conducting coaching clinics and training workshops for Special Educators and volunteers
- Initiating and developing new sports offered by Special Olympics Singapore and arrange for their accompaniment training
- Recruiting volunteers with the appropriate sporting skills, train and coordinate their voluntary service
- Updating athletes and volunteers database
- Preparing monthly sports report
- Assisting and overseeing sports equipment inventory and maintenance
- Assisting with fundraising and other organisational level events

**Technical Competencies**:

- Singaporean
- Diploma/Degree with at least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in organizing and executing sports training & competition advantageous

**Core Competencies**:

- Independent and self-motivated with initiative and drive
- Good team building skills
- Good writing and communication skills
