Roles & Responsibilities

**Our client is a well known property MNC, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for an Customer Service Officer (Frontdesk) to join their teams.**

The Responsibles of Customer Service Officer (Frontdesk) includes:

- Perform frontdesk duties by welcoming and greeting all visitors
- Responsible in overseeing the concierge counter and handling all enquiries
- Responsible in managing the Visitor Management System for guests/visitors registration
- Service Ambassador of the property; attending to queries and feedback from customers/visitors when needed
- Provide support in events or promotional activities
- Work with management team on the day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support to management office

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of customer service / frontdesk experience
- Proficient in computer skills
