Singapore Ding Sheng Engineering Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Director (PD) and Project Manager (PM) in the daily execution of work
- Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
- Coordinate, organize and prepare documents, reports and shop drawings
- Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce short term works plans
- Check construction drawings, highlight discrepancies,
- Proposed technical solutions with PD/PM and liaise with Consultants for confirmation.
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
- Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
- Ensure material submission & approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
- At least 3 years’ experience with extensive experience in industrial and landed residential projects
- Proficient in both MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to perform night shift hours when required

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

**Experience**:
