**Volunteer Manager**

As a Volunteer Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies to foster collaboration and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance outreach and communication efforts.

**Roles & Responsibilities include**:
Volunteer Engagement

Engage local stakeholders to establish sustainable and impactful partnerships.

Collaborate with the team and volunteers to drive outreach initiatives

Curate and coordinate outreach events and initiatives aimed at promoting volunteerism

Organize events and networking sessions to facilitate connections within the volunteer community

Volunteer Management

Organize and provide support for appreciation and recognition events for volunteers

Report preparation for senior management and stakeholders

Administrative Support

Manage and maintain volunteer database system, ensuring accurate data entry

Help administrative tasks efficiently to support program operations

**Prerequisites**:
Possession of a related qualification in elderly care or social services.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct operational roles.

Passion for working with seniors and volunteers.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in administrative tasks.

Previous experience in stakeholder management, particularly with community partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept with social media platforms.

Experience in community service is advantageous.

Proficiency in mother tongues and dialects is a plus.
