**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Risk Analytics and Modelling is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk. '=
- May include establishing risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies.
- The Analytics, Modeling, & Reporting area is responsible for analyzing and reporting on data sets for a particular area to evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of business strategies and operational processes.
- Include risk model validation which specializes in the review, independent testing, and validation of all internal risk models prior to implementation, and throughout the lifecycle.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in a quantitative programme, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in credit risk, credit modelling and management, or data analytics, preferably in a retail banking environment. Consulting and risk vendor experiences will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of retail banking customer credit cycle especially in secured lending is an advantage
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, Powerpoint, VBA, SAS, Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, Python and SQL / AS400 query and datab
