**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely premium payments by clients.
- Process insurance claims and provide regular updates to clients on claim status.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for new business opportunities.
- Generate proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Record meeting minutes, prepare PowerPoint slides and effectively communicate key points to relevant parties.
- Prepare and organize forms for clients.
- Arrange medical appointments as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients, back-end staff, and the lead consultant.
- Organize appointments for the lead consultant to meet with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience or background in the insurance industry is desirable.

- **Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients**:

- Client-centric approach with a high degree of professionalism.
- High emotional intelligence with an ability to understand and cater to client needs.

- Comfortable with communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and Zoom.
- Able to resonate with a work culture that is professional, takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and prioritizes client interests.
- Detail-oriented, especially concerning administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
