Fire Safety Manager

To conduct Fire Safety Inspection once (1) per month. To prepare Fire Safety Report after each inspection per month.
b.
To conduct two (2) Table-Top Exercises per annum. To prepare Post-Exercise Report after each exercise.
c.
To conduct two (2) Fire Drill Exercises per annum. To prepare Fire Drill Report after each exercise.
d.
To conduct Fire Safety Trainings such as Fire Extinguisher Training, First-Aid, Fire Fighting and Evacuation for the occupants.
e.
To prepare, implement and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
f.
To prepare, implement and update Arson Prevention Plan (APP).
g.
To prepare Fire Safety Management Report for the building owner per annum.
h.
To ensure that the fire safety requirements stated under ERP are complied with.
i.
To supervise the maintenance of all fire safety related works.
j.
To conduct checks and remove any fire hazards
k.
To ensure that the occupant load does not exceed capacity prescribed under the Fire Code
l.
To train, co-ordinate and supervise the CERT in first-aid, fire fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
m.
To co-ordinate and supervise the occupants in fire fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
n.
To supervise the operation of the Fire Command Centre in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
o.
To notify the Commissioner immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident in the premises.
p.
To attend Pre Fire Certificate Renewal Testing once (1) per annum.
