**Job Scope**
- Identify leads and market opportunities while expanding the business growth of Batam & Bintan services (LOLO and RORO services), including freight and vessel chartering businesses.
- Develop strategic business plans and proposals to potential clients, partners and investors.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, terminal operators, port authorities, agents and partners.
- Preparation of budgets, sales goals, analysing performance variances and execute corrective actions.
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss of Marine Logistics (feeder services of Batam & Bintan), vessel charters for projects/breakbulk cargoes.
- To develop and implement smart procurement strategies to optimise operating cost.
- Create and executive efficient operations and documentations processes for ship management including dry docking and maintenance of all marine assets.
- Ensure safety, commercial and statutory compliance of marine fleet and regulations applicable to the ports of call.
- Coordinate with ship Master, port agent to ensure timely entry and departure from port and operational efficiency of loading/unloading of cargoes.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in shipping operations for bulk, breakbulk, parcelling and project cargo.
