**SAP Payroll Lead Consultant**

**What will you do?**
- Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
- Configure SAP Payroll modules including schemas, rules, and wage types.
- Manage payroll cycles, testing, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and global payroll policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead a team of consultants and guide junior team members.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and testing.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll.
- Experience in Singapore Payroll Implementations.
- Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time integration.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
