JR38312 Intern - Product Integration Engineer Yield Enhancement (PIE YE)

**Title of project**:
Use knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing process to explain and resolve yield issues.

**Description of project**:
Analyse circuit and electrical fail isolation using Electrical Characterization nd Fault isolation tools to improve product yield

**Scope**:

- Analysis includes circuit and electrical fail isolation using Electrical Characterization and Fault Isolation tools
- Establish and form possible electrical or process fail mechanism on yield issues based on Electrical and Failure Analysis (FA) characterization.
- Identification of layout/circuit marginality and work with PE/Design for layout/circuit optimization.
- Actively engage with Worldwide Team to share Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) Best Known Methods (BKM’s) and yield learning.
- Actively engage in Multi-functional Focus team in resolving issue.
- Support transfer of next generation technology from R&D to production Fab
- Support new product startup

Deliverables:
Analyse circuit and electrical fail isolation using Electrical Characterization nd Fault isolation tools to propose solution for yield improvement

**Skillset Required**:
Students pursuing Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Materials Sciences/Engineering, Green Electronics, Engineering Science, Microelectronics, Physics or relevant knowledge
