The Office of Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (Research) (Office of DGCMIO (Research)) operates the supercomputing resources and provides support to SingHealth researchers and their collaborators, enabling them to investigate and solve cutting-edge and computationally challenging problems. You will play a key role in supporting the research mission of SingHealth, through overseeing the operation and management of workstations, workspaces and high performance computing/ data science platforms. You will also oversee the allocation and utilisation of workspaces and resources relating to high performance computing/ data science platforms.
You will drive delivery of projects through setting project timelines, managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects can proceed smoothly, as well as liaise with stakeholders effectively. You will also prepare reports and utilise analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects and ascertain areas for improvement. You will work with faculty and researchers to support efficient operation of the storage and computational and infrastructure resources for research. You will provide timely updates to relevant committees and perform administrative duties to research data science platform. You will also develop and maintain operational policies, procedures and practices necessary for reliable delivery of high performance computing services.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Computer Science or other domains with a professional experience, preferably in healthcare related discipline or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience. Prior experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
- Possess good understanding of computing technologies, and able to manage operations involving computing resources workspace and resources
- Ability to develop methodologies that enhance utility and operation of computer systems, and effectively troubleshoot when needed
- Open-minded individual with strong analytical and organisational skills to manage large complex projects in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
