**What you will be doing**:
You have a keen eye for detail and will play a fundamental role in achieving sales excellence.
- Oversee CRM/Hubspot performance and various administrative tasks
- Responsible for managing and analyzing sales data
- Strategize on process improvements
- Report sales and campaign results as needed
- Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team
- Work with the Head of Department to track and review sales team’s monthly KPIs
- Supports day to day operational execution of Sales Orders
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales operations excellence
- Have a strong understanding of sales process to support the sales team where required
- Any other relevant duties as assigned
**What we need from you**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software is an added advantage
- Excellent Organizational skills for data management
- Good Analytical skills for data interpretation
- Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
