**Functional Relationships with**:Production, Product Design, Procurement, Maintenance

**POSITION PROFILE
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Equipment and tool & jig design, assembly and installation with mechanical adn product specification, followed by test, debug, troubleshooting and hadnover to end user
- Co-ordinate with related departments and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of work
- Implement design, yield and downtime improvement that meets function and cost requirements
- Lead machine and quality improvement activities such as equipment installation, equpiment downtime recovery and problem solving
- Support production or maintenance group in equipment related trouble analysis with statistical tools and countermeasure implementation
- Support or be in-charge if factory atuomation process & improvement
- Ensure activity compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and maintan process ISO system

**ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of CAD, SolidWords and engineering materials
- Able to work well in a team while being independet and pro-active
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
- Good technical report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work independently as well as multi-task
