Job Description**:Digital Product Analyst**

**Role & Responsibilities**

You will work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Sales/ Success teams to uncover data-driven insights relating to Gnowbe's multi-dimensional ecosystem, i.e. how the Product, Creators, and Learners interact with each other. You will drive highly visible analytics projects such as providing user-tailored experience, and supporting Creator's Growth & Engagement team in growing and retaining our customers.

This is a cross-functional role where you will be expected to work closely with various teams on product development and how user experience translates to financial performance. You are ideally a structured thinker with strong data analytical skills.

**How you will have an impact**
- Work alongside the Product and Creator Growth/ Engagement team to ensure proper tracking of instrumentation of new products or features
- Serve as a leader in defining metric calculations
- Partner with the Engineering team on the development of self-serve dashboards to monitor KPIs ad success metrics
- Be ready to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to leverage best practices, insights, and innovations
- Surface insights and present results to business leaders
- Build meaningful customer segments to understand creators' behaviour, and touchpoints along their journey with Gnowbe

**Requirements**:

- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and project management skills; also passionate about business improvement
- Expertise with data modeling, database design development, data mining, and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail, precision, and accuracy
- Adept at SQL queries, presentation of findings, and business report writing
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and database programming (SQL, ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Python, SPSS, etc)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
