The position will involve analyzing semiconductor IC samples to determine root cause of their failure. Various types of electrical, mechanical, and chemical procedures are used to accomplish this goal. Review of current and historical production, and quality data will be necessary as part of the investigation.
- High level of collaboration and interaction with different Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams is necessary. Conclusion of the analysis work is summarized as a report for driving corrective action.

**Requirements**:

- Good Knowledge of analog and digital electronics is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment is a must.
- Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in usage of Failure Analysis tool such as curve tracer, optical microscope, 2D & 3D X-Ray imaging, emission microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope is preferred.
- Prior experience in operation of Automatic Test Equipment(ATE) such as Verigy and Teradyne is added advantage.
