**About our group**:
Sputter Failure Analysis group plays a pivotal role in analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, uncovering the root cause for low yield and failure mechanism, and drive continuous yield improvements and defect reductions.

**About the role - you will**:

- Responsible for daily product yield/defects monitoring and investigate root causes of yield variations.
- Perform physical failure analysis to identify source of defects.
- Collaborate with cross functional team including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to investigate and address yield/defect related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiative to enhance product yield and quality.
- Support process engineering evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of yield improvement initiatives.
- Dive deep into media test data to identify yield issue through data analysis.
- Conduct statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendation to stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines.
- Familiar with data analysis/visualization using tools like excel, JMP, tableau etc.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools and technique is an added advantage.
- Basic programming knowledge for Python / mySQL.

**Your experience includes**:

- Knowledge of statistics & data analysis.
- Familiar with physics & chemistry is an added advantage.
