**Position: Senior Executive, Engineering and Sustainability
**Responsibilities**:

- Able to operate and understand the Building Management System and analyze the data and trends.
- To manage an integrated building platform (IBP) for monitoring the chiller plant and air-side efficiency for multiple buildings, and engaging the Operations team and contractors to rectify the faults detected.
- To lead on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve Green Mark status in Singapore to meet the SMP 2030 target.
- Support in the assigned Green Building project development and energy audit for existing buildings.
- Execute upgrading works and M&E equipment replacement works including providing specifications, tender evaluation, and execution.
- To assist property management in the testing & commissioning of M&E systems for new buildings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience on ACMV and BMS systems.
- Experience in Energy Management and Audit will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with Electrician License.
- Familiar with Chiller Plant and air-conditioning system operations.
