Our client is currently seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their team in Singapore, collaborating closely with the Digital Transformation and Information Systems Department. This department is responsible for the development and operational maintenance of the organization’s Information Systems (IS).

As part of the DevSecOps team, you will play a crucial role in defining, designing, implementing, maintaining, and operating the Digital Factory. Working within an Agile Squad and in coordination with the Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

- Deploying and managing software factory infrastructure and services.
- Integrating and optimizing services with cutting-edge AI technology, such as Large Language Models Gen AI, to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Automating the deployment of software development infrastructure and services.
- Streamlining security processes to expedite deployment while ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Proposing innovative strategies to accelerate secure software development.
- Providing training and promoting awareness among development teams and end users regarding security best practices.
- Addressing operational incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective measures.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in DevSecOps principles and practices, particularly in customer-facing contexts.
- Mastery of workstation operating systems, development tools, and security tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Go and Rust.
- Expertise in DevSecOps tools like GitLab, Terraform, K8S, FluxCD, and ArgoCD for continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and security teams.
- Strong analytical skills to address complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
- Understanding of various technological environments and platforms. - Capacity to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Commitment to staying abreast of the latest trends and threats in new technologies and security to deliver optimal solutions to customers.
