Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer with 3–6 years of practical experience to strengthen our secure software delivery pipelines and optimize cloud-native infrastructure. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to design and maintain scalable, secure DevSecOps workflows—primarily in support of digital transformation efforts within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security gates, quality assurance, and compliance validation.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, system configuration, and software deployment using modern DevOps tools.
  • Integrate security tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA into the continuous development lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and security posture; identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Advocate for and enforce secure coding practices across teams, contributing to the definition of security standards and guidelines.
  • Partner with engineers, testers, and IT operations to ensure consistent and reliable software releases in both staging and production environments.
  • Work with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation for DevSecOps processes, toolchains, and operational best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for deployment pipelines, infrastructure resilience, and developer enablement.
Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation and secure software delivery pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Aqua Security, or similar.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.
  • Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Understanding of software security fundamentals and experience embedding security within DevOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum-based development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred (Not Required):
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or security-related credentials).
  • Experience in government or highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, defense).
  • Exposure to zero-trust architectures and secure service mesh patterns.
