Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cook to lead our culinary team and oversee the preparation of authentic Indian cuisine. As a Chief Cook, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, creating traditional Indian dishes, training kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary offerings. You will collaborate with management to develop menus, maintain food safety standards, and create a memorable dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Culinary Leadership:

- Lead and manage all aspects of Indian cuisine preparation, including recipe development, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and regional Indian cuisine.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques, flavors, and traditional recipes.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques specific to Indian cuisine.

2. Food Preparation and Cooking:

- Oversee the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a wide variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoor items, bread, and desserts.
