Inventory Control Executive

Duties will include but not limited to:
Inbound
- Receive incoming shipments and verify for accuracy against open PO
- Inspecting inbound goods for defects and follow up procedures when this occurs.
- Preparation of appropriate manpower and space to receive goods and put away in a timely manner inventory Control
- Managing cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and quality
- On-going management of bin locations in both pick and bulk locations
- On-going management of warehouse layout to ensure space is optimized from both a storage perspective and easy picking perspective
- Ensure adherence to 5S methodology
- Active management of product expiry dates, ensuring that the appropriate teams are notified of any soon to expire products
- Process customer returns when required
- Cleaning and maintaining equipments, supplies, storage areas accordingly to safety regulations
- Actively assess opportunities to improve performance and costs of the inventory control function
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of inventory control best practices.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

- # of 5S breaches
Job Requirements
- 3 Years+ of inventory control experience, preferably with a 3PL or Retail/Ecom company
- Good command of English in writing and reading
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good team player with interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working
