
Assistant Director, Campaigns

Independently develop and implement publicity plans and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and awareness for NCSS and Community Chest. Use data insights to recommend media mix, key channels, and report on impact.
- Develop key messages based on overall objective and audience, leveraging different platforms and content formats.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
- Lead a small team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and oversee budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met for campaign projects.
- Manage, measure and be accountable for the annual KPIs set for the team.
- Identify areas of improvement and improve collaboration processes with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Engage agency partners and manage agency renewals based on review of performance indicators.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisors that are aligned to NCSS and Community Chest’s purposes.

**Experience**:
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships and campaign management.
