Overview of job

In this role, you will be assisting Commercial Director, APAC for all commercial matters. The role requires constant communication and collaboration with business associates and Finance teams of the markets in the region.

Measures of success
- In 3 months:

- Basic understanding of the agency structure
- Familiar with the systems
- Timely submission of reports

In 6 months:

- Able to build a good rapport with various stakeholders in the region

In 12 months
- Support Commercial Director in all commercial matters, including forecasting
- Good understand of operational controls (on revenue recognition), and key agency client reports.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Assisting Commercial Director to support various stakeholders in commercial matters
- Commercial and Finance reports preparation
- Collation of reports from APAC markets

What you will need:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment or a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Diligent, attention to details
- Ability to articulate well
