**Job Purpose**
To provide support in Administration and to be able to provide a good first impression of Lockton Companies by being the front line. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organisation to the general public, clients and customers. Support the COO as PA.
**Job Description - Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face-to -face.
- Supply information regarding the organisation to the general public, clients and customers.
- Receiving guests and clients at the company
- Arranging/collecting mails and courier service.
- Helping with preparing and serving drinks when pantry lady is not in the office.
- Receiving calls and transferring calls to various departments.
- Assisting with filing report and paperwork (for Ops) and the office (as relevant).
- Archiving documents
- Ordering of stationery and pantry supplies
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-ordinate meetings and organise catering for company-wide events.
- Organise conference and meeting room bookings.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Database order entry into system and other daily adhoc request.
- Assisting with Company events and Celebrations
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or as needed/relevant
**Qualification and Experience**
Relevant Administration cert/qualification/experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Typing skills.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
