Job Duties1. Attend and resolve field escalations from Regional offices and Business Partners. Keep constant communication with ASOs/CBPs for field service matters.
2. Escalate to HQ for unresolved cases, liaise between Regional offices and Business Partners and HQ for service matters.
3. Download, digest and distribute Service Information/Bulletins to Regional offices and Business Partners
4.Verify for machine DOA cases. Carry out compensation claims process with HQ for defective parts.
5.Attend service training for new products and carry out service training to Regional offices and Business Partners
6.Provide assistance to ASOs/CBPs for on-site installation when required especially for 1st installations.
7.Support Regional Marketing on product demonstrations, specifications, samples
8.Carry out rework as directed by HQ on specified machines eg. labels, power cords.
9.Confirm and check damaged machines/consumables/parts in warehouse for insurance claims
10.Liaise with external vendors for trainings and certifications as well as hardware repairs/returns and field issues
**Requirement**
1.Experience in service and support of Production Printers will be an advantage.
2.Preferable to have some experience with Colour Management in digital printers.
3. Able to travel at short notice, work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
2.Able to quickly understand and grasp field issues escalated from Regional offices and Business Partners
3.Inquisitive, motivated self-starter and able to self-learn from service materials provided.
4.Keen to explore new methods to help to resolve issues. Responsible and detailed, careful worker.
5.Able to converse well to carry out trainings and convey technical knowledge to Regional offices and Business Partner’s engineers.
