We're looking for someone who is able to commit a little time in our office every week to weave your accounting magic with consummate ease
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) accounting scope (70%)
- In charge of full spectrum accounts which includes AP, AR, GL and monthly reconciliation up to preparing of financial statement.
- Full accounts including processing of Payment, Claims, Receivables & Payables.
- Handling of full set of PayRoll Processing (preparation of income) & EOM CPF submission.
- To maintain proper filing of IR21, IR8a and other in-house documents.
- To assist in accounting transaction within/outside Singapore, and adhoc requirements.
- Liaising with auditors for the EOY audit.
2) HR scope (30%)
- Adhoc HR roles will be assigned (handling of headcount etc)
- To work independently and also closely with colleagues/teammates
**Job Requirements**:
- Relevant qualification to Accounting and proper HR experience.
- Min 3 years of accountancy work experience with MYOB system.
- Fluent in English & other languages (both written and verbally in-view of business communication).
- Good work attitude, meticulous and being detailed is a Must.
- Must be able to work independently with a pleasant disposition and takes initiative.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in providing administrative support to an organization, including dealing with goods & procurement processes, contract management (if possible) and HR related matters.
